Job Overview
The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Lead ABA Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. This full-time hybrid role combines remote work with in-person responsibilities, offering flexibility while maintaining a hands-on approach to client care.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress.
  • Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Must have active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
