Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle student hiring for our campus restaurants, as well as supporting the recruitment team with the processing of new adult hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network with local high schools and the greater community to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Schedule regular campus interview days with restaurant managers.
  • Extend server offers and generate offer letters.
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork with students and/or parents/guardians, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Child Labor laws.
  • Coordinate first-day and new hire orientations.
  • Assist recruiters with processing adult hires, tracking new hire medical appointments, drug screens, background checks, and other new hire requirements.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR-related experience or equivalent education required.
  • Experience with an HRIS program preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • PHR certification is desirable.

Compensation: $22-$26 per hour.
