Master Craftsman

Path Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Master Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of CNC machines, performing manual machining tasks, and ensuring precision in machining processes.

• Operate and Maintain CNC Machines: Utilize your expertise to operate and maintain a range of CNC machines, ensuring they are in good working condition and producing high-quality parts.
• Manual Machining Tasks: Perform manual machining tasks, including setup, operation, and inspection of machines, to meet production requirements.
• Process Engineering: Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement efficient machining processes, ensuring precision and quality in every part.
• CAM Software Programming: Utilize CAM software to program CNC machines, set up machines for production runs, and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all parts meet our high standards of precision and quality.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., machining, engineering) an asset.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment, with a focus on CNC machine operation and maintenance.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, maintenance, and programming; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
