Position Summary:

The Assembler Technician I is an integral member of the assembly team, responsible for the fabrication of individual components, sub-assemblies, and the comprehensive assembly of the final product. This role requires the execution of repetitive manufacturing assembly tasks with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the assembly of components and sub-assemblies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Continuously improve skills through training and practical experience.
  • Utilize plasma and laser welding, brazing, soldering, and hand assembly techniques as required.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, process documents, and quality inspection reports.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Experience in reading and understanding technical documents.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in standardized situations.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position require the ability to stand, sit, and utilize hands for various tasks. The employee may occasionally need to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds and must possess specific vision capabilities including close vision and depth perception.
