Job Title: Building HVAC Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, and related equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, using advanced tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Valid Red Seal Refrigeration and A/C certification.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
