We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to work in homecare settings as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to provide quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing care and support to clients, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, and toileting activities.
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and providing transportation to doctor appointments and outdoor activities.
  • Ensuring that service is provided in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with Agency policies and procedures and industry standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Authorized to Work in the USA: You must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Current Certification: A current, valid state certification and in good standing is preferred.
  • TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray: A negative TB skin test or chest x-ray is required.
  • Minimum One Year of Experience: A minimum of one year of documented health care experience is preferred.
  • Empathy and Communication Skills: Empathy for the needs of the client and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively are essential.
