Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. In this role, you will provide administrative support and ensure the effective management of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage timekeeping systems and labor management processes.
  • Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process, including recruiting, initial interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and orientation.
  • Assist with employee investigations and provide recommendations regarding hiring, counseling, and disciplining.
  • Utilize software programs related to recruiting, timekeeping, and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality by ensuring all employees' personnel files are up-to-date and compliant with federal and state regulations and corporate policies.
  • Ensure staff completes required training and in-services per federal and state regulations and corporate policy.
  • Provide weekly reports and maintain a good working relationship with corporate HR staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience with payroll, timekeeping, and recruiting in a skilled nursing setting or long-term care industry highly preferred.
  • Experience in payroll processing preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
