Job Description

Penn State Berks is seeking individuals with a passion for STEM education to develop and instruct academic-based camps for middle school and high school-aged students.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, prior teaching experience, and a strong ability to work with children. The camp curriculum must include hands-on activities that promote learning and engagement.

Selected applicants must complete Mandated Reporter certification and youth training as required by the University Office of Ethics and Compliance policy.

This position requires the following clearances:

  • PA State Police Criminal Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
  • FBI Criminal Background Check
