Job Title: Automotive Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist to join our team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, greeting customers, and assisting the management team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome
  • Assisting with bringing customers to the parts/service department
  • Cashiering and handling customer transactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Customer service experience preferred

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
  • Saturday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm
