Responsabilidades del Puesto:
Diseñar planes de tratamiento específicos basados en las necesidades individuales del cliente.
Crear una experiencia excepcional para los miembros/invitados a través de una actitud amigable y servicial.
Generar nueva clientela promoviendo referencias de miembros y membresías.
Ayudar a mantener la profesionalidad y limpieza de las salas de terapia y áreas comunes.

Requisitos del Puesto:
Licencia activa de masaje de FL, en buen estado.
Tener un seguro de responsabilidad civil de masaje.
Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva con los clientes, la dirección del spa y el personal.
Conocimiento de masaje sueco requerido.
Conocimiento de otras modalidades preferido (Neuromuscular, Miofascial, Punto Gatillo, Prenatal, Craneosacral, Reiki, Tejido Profundo), pero no es obligatorio. Hand and Stone ofrece capacitación en todas las modalidades a nuestros miembros del equipo.
