We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work as an LPN in homecare, providing quality patient care and support to adults in the comfort of their own homes in Granville, IL.

Job Summary

This LPN role involves working with patients who require skilled nursing care services, including those with tracheostomies, ventricular assist devices, and other complex medical conditions. As an LPN on our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and delivering high-quality care that meets the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements
  • CURRENTLY LICENSED AS AN LPN/LVN IN THE STATE WHERE YOU WILL PRACTICE.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
