Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. You will have the basics down, but will be constantly on the lookout for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use your knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly.
  • Build relationships with others across the hotel and in the community to anticipate and deliver on our guests' needs.
  • Be passionate about the guest service experience and have an eye for detail from the money that moves through your hands to the information you provide to guests to the quality of your drinks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • None
