Job Summary

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activities and recreation programs that enhance the guest experience and increase guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement a range of activities and recreation programs that cater to diverse interests and age groups.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of recreation staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
  • Guest Engagement: Foster strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and storage of recreational equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management and communication teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Recreation Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recreation management, naturalist roles, or related fields.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Boat Captain License preferred.
