About the Role:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Fitter with 1-2+ years of experience in blueprint reading, ideally within a weld shop, to interpret weld call-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using shop drawings and measuring tools to lay out, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines on material.
  • Ensuring all fabricated components meet and exceed quality requirements for welders.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of fitting experience in a manufacturing industry (ideally in a machine shop environment).
  • Experience working with blueprints.
  • Experience working with Hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.

Work Environment:

Hours are Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm.
