Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter, MN. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, and conducting patient screenings.

About the Role

This is a PRN (as-needed) position that offers flexible hours and competitive salary and benefits package. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility, sub-acute care, or outpatient setting, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality rehabilitative services.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients to achieve optimal physical function and quality of life
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment plans
  • Conduct patient screenings and report findings to physical therapists
  • Develop and implement new programs and techniques to enhance services
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and professional guidelines
