Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at SNI Technology. This role will be responsible for managing weekly payroll, ensuring HR compliance, handling 401k reporting, and overseeing insurance benefits.

• Process payroll for 100+ employees, ensuring accuracy in payments, deductions, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with certified payroll requirements and federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage 401(k) contributions and reporting.
• Administer employee insurance benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Utilize payroll software to manage employee records and generate reports; familiarity with Paycom is a plus.
• Maintain organized payroll and employee records.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.

• Proven experience processing payroll; experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures, HR compliance, and benefits administration.
• Experience managing HR duties for 100+ employees.
• Familiarity with payroll software; experience with Paycom is a bonus.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
