- Reporting: Prepare detailed Incident and Property Condition Reports, along with daily summaries of shift activities.
- Eligibility: Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Professional Appearance: Professional appearance, well-groomed with no visible tattoos or piercings.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of prior experience in security or a related field, with a proven track record in de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques.
- Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- License: Valid BSIS Guard Card License.
- Transportation: Reliable form of transportation.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written skills; bilingual is a plus. Ability to stand and walk for majority of shift on various surfaces, ride a bicycle while towing up to 125 lbs, and lift 50 lbs.
- Salary: $29.00 per hour.
