We're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Embedded CNO Developer to join our team in Maryland. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in computer hardware, real-time systems, and peripherals to perform cutting-edge research and development. Your skills in C, C++, Assembly, and Python for RISC and/or non-RISC architectures will be invaluable in developing impactful mission tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of mission-critical software tools using C, C++, and Assembly languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and implement innovative solutions for embedded systems.
  • Support unit, component, and system test activities to ensure the highest quality of our products.
  • Participate in readiness reviews and product release cycles to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in system-level programming or developing for embedded systems.
  • Development experience using C/C++ for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM.
  • Experience in network programming and reverse engineering using Ghidra, IDA Pro, or Binary Ninja.
  • Familiarity with basic VLAN/VPN/NAT concepts and signal analysis tools like Wireshark.
  • Scripting experience using Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
  • Comfortable developing in the Linux operating system.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CNO capability development experience.
  • Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas.
  • Understand assembly programming concepts.
  • Unit Test experience.
  • Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
  • Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
