Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Associate provides essential cleaning and upkeep services for assigned areas. This role is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use chemical cleaners in accordance with procedures to prevent damage.
  • Notify supervisors of minor or major repairs needed for building operating systems.
  • Establish effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
