Diesel Engine Technician

As a Diesel Technician II at Encore Fleet Services, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our luxury coach fleet. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, and other coach components. This will ensure operational efficiency and reliability, providing exceptional travel experiences to our high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements, to prevent engine wear and tear.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical and electronic systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Work closely with senior technicians to gain hands-on experience and receive training to advance in your field.
• Collaborate with the team to improve work methods, safety standards, and overall performance.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in diesel engine maintenance and repair, particularly with large diesel engines.
• Experience working on Volvo, Cummins, or Detroit diesel engines.
