Responsibilities:
  • Drive to customers to provide on-site auto glass repair and replacement services
  • Properly prepare and prime all installation areas
  • Remove all parts required for proper installation, including moldings, wipers, screws, and clips
  • Apply urethane directly onto glass, ensuring a weatherproof seal on customers' vehicles
  • Correct underlying rust or bonding issues to ensure a safe installation
  • Recalibrate ADAS cameras
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked van
Requirements:
  • Some mechanical experience preferred
  • Ambitious and strong work ethic

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for bonuses and career advancement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans.
