Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Independence, United States. As an Expert Physical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with patients to help improve their physical mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function after injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Therapeutic Exercises and Techniques: Utilize evidence-based therapeutic exercises and techniques to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.
  • Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and post-treatment care strategies to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care, ensuring timely communication and coordinated efforts.
  • Record Keeping and Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports, facilitating informed decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Licensure and Certification: Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the United States, holding current BLS certification.
  • Experience and Skills: At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, with strong communication and patient care skills, enabling effective collaboration and empathetic support.
  • Educational Background: Earned degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
