RN Clinic- Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a RN Clinic- Primary Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of improving the health and wellbeing of our patients.
Job Summary:The RN Clinic- Primary Care will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Collects pertinent assessment data to identify patient needs and potential problems.
- Develops, reviews, and revises individualized care plans within established timeframes.
- Delivers patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles.
- Provides education to patients and families, recognizing the relevance of age, growth, and developmental stage.
- Participates in department quality improvement activities.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- ~ 1 year Oncology Nursing experience.
