The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume, full-service corporate concepts or independent brands. With a strong passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to creative latitude, this leader will be instrumental in shaping the future of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a high-performing team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative menu offerings and culinary programs
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or higher
  • Proven track record of success in high-volume, full-service corporate concepts or independent brands
  • Annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
