Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in identifying and locating the appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Offer expert guidance on parts selection, application, and compatibility.
- Efficiently and accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a well-organized and current inventory of parts and accessories.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and shelving incoming inventory.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts availability for repairs.
- Manage special orders, ensuring prompt and precise fulfillment.
- Stay informed about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Assist with merchandising and maintain a clean and organized parts department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in powersports or automotive fields preferred.
- Prior experience in a parts department, ideally within the powersports or automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and associated parts and accessories.
- Excellent customer service abilities with effective and professional communication skills.
- Proficient in utilizing parts catalogs, inventory management software, and point-of-sale systems.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical capability to lift and move parts and accessories as necessary.
