Job Summary:

Cafe Rio is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and supporting the Manager in all aspects of restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Support the Manager in the performance of all activities within the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
• Ensure that safety standards are followed at all times, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
