**Therapeutic Care Coordinator Role at Anderson Behavioral Health**

We are launching a new mental and behavioral health program to provide 24/7 emotional support to adolescents with a history of complex trauma.

As a Therapeutic Care Coordinator at Anderson Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive, healthy culture for adolescents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and facilitating Child and Family Team meetings to ensure seamless communication among team members.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized services plans that cater to the unique needs of each youth.
• Building trust and mutual respect with youth, families, and their teams through empathy and effective communication.
• Collaborating with the team to identify needs and create a shared vision for the best interests of our clients.
• Identifying, recruiting, and engaging natural supports to enhance the wraparound process.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services-related field, with a Master's Degree preferred. At least two years of experience providing services for children and families is essential. Strong self-regulation strategies, a valid NC driver's license, and a good driving record are also required.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Physical Requirements:

This position requires a wide variety of physical tasks, including standing, walking, running, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting individuals. The employee must maintain sufficient physical ability to ensure safety in emergency situations.

**Additional Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
