Our ideal candidate will lead the quality of residential applied behavior analysis services for individuals with IDD and autism spectrum disorders. Key responsibilities include administering and evaluating behavioral assessment measures, conducting and supervising behavioral treatment, and developing individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs. A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is required, along with 2 years of relevant experience in a related field. Travel is required, and a valid New York State Driver's License is necessary.
