We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to manage the daily functions of our front desk operations. This position is crucial in representing our brand, maintaining accurate guest records, and collaborating effectively with team members to fulfill guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor front desk staff

  • Address guest inquiries and proactively anticipate their needs
  • Ensure accurate room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping
  • Assist with reservation management
  • Stay informed on company policies and procedures
  • Support guest check-out processes
  • Act as a representative of Lanier Islands Resort, providing guidance on various activities available on the property

Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with guests and colleagues.

Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic mathematical concepts.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve issues as they arise.

Physical Requirements: This position involves standing, walking, lifting, and engaging in various physical activities.

Work Environment: Experience a tranquil work atmosphere at our resort.
