Job Summary

IVA'AL Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team in supporting the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide essential services to individuals, families, and groups affected by intimate partner abuse, child abuse, and problematic sexual behavior with children and youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment services to individuals, families, and groups who have experienced maltreatment.
  • Offer voluntary, comprehensive prevention services to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment.
  • Coordinate services for families and monitor client participation and progress using social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
  • Complete psychosocial assessments in accordance with Air Force Family Advocacy Policies and Standards.
  • Assess for safety and assist families with safety planning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
  • Two years' full-time post-master's degree experience (within the last three years) providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
  • Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
  • Ability to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
  • Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills for creating and maintaining clinical records.
  • Experience with Family Advocacy System of Records or Family Advocacy Program Network computer software for documenting client visits and treatment.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a standard office environment with occasional travel required. Travel may be local or out-of-area, with some overnight stays possible. The majority of travel will be one-night stays, with some personnel potentially required to provide services for 2-3 weeks.
