Data Architect Position Overview

BlueCloud is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts, as well as expertise in database technologies and cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data strategies that support BlueCloud's goals and initiatives
• Design and create scalable and efficient data models, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Lead the architectural design of data systems and solutions, considering security, compliance, and integration requirements
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions
• Identify opportunities for performance optimization, data consolidation, and data storage improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10 years of experience working as a Data Architect or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts
• Expertise in database technologies and cloud-based data platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data streaming and real-time processing frameworks
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts related to data architecture
