The Snack Bar Attendant is a key member of our team at The Waters Of Minocqua, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding and consistent customer service by being knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful to guests at all times, ensuring a positive experience and building loyalty.
  • Departmental and Company Policies: Adhere to departmental and company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager, maintaining a clean and well-maintained snack bar area.
  • Inventory Management: Keep food and beverage containers fully stocked, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Safety and Security: Promote and practice safety standards at all times, maintaining a secure environment for guests and team members.
  • Appearance and Grooming: Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to departmental standards.
  • Attendance and Reliability: Regular and reliable attendance, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service experience.
  • Training and Development: Learn, understand, and practice department standard operating procedures, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
