Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Health. This part-time position will be located at our Medical Center and will be responsible for coordinating patient flow and throughput by planning, organizing, and controlling activities for the clinical services on assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient flow and throughput by planning, organizing, and controlling activities for the clinical services on assigned shifts.
- Provide outstanding patient care for patients and their families.
- Make decisions and take action in stressful situations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license in Oregon required.
- Two years of acute hospital experience required.
- American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
