Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instrumental Music Editor to join our team in Exton, PA. As a specialist in the school instrumental music market, you will analyze music and create promotions to meet the diverse needs of school directors across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales and marketing content for online and instrumental print promotions
  • Review new publications for inclusion in promotions
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with publishing industry partners
  • Identify opportunities to meet the needs of band directors

Requirements

  • Ability to identify trends in school music
  • Experience working in a school setting as an instrumental teacher/conductor
  • A general understanding of the print music industry
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and writing/copy-editing
  • Music composition and editorial experience are a plus
