Job Summary

U.S. Venture, a leading distributor of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler/Backup Driver to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload tires and auto parts from industrial vehicles, such as forklifts or picker equipment, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stocking and Inventory Management: Accurately stock and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all products are properly stored and secured.
  • Material Handling: Operate industrial vehicles, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work at heights of 25 feet, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Skills and Abilities: Above-average scanning accuracy, ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures, and basic computer/RF scanner experience.
