Position Summary: The Clear Bra and Window Tint Installer will possess experience in the professional installation of Clear Bra and window tinting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires precise measurement, cutting, and application of advanced tinting and paint protection films on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install protective products following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Prepare surfaces by removing old products and cleaning.
  • Utilize software to input vehicle window specifications, with some manual trimming as needed.
  • Cut and apply tint or paint protection film using established techniques.
  • Apply and smooth paint protection film (clear bra) on vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in clear bra and window tint installation.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Knowledgeable about vehicle and glass specifications, with the ability to interpret written instructions.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Reliable and dedicated to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
