Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and team performance.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community leaders to promote Truist's brand and services.
  3. Lead and coach a team of financial services professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, and risk management policies.
  5. Participate in market and community events to promote Truist's brand and services.
  6. Responsible for human capital decisions, including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
  • One year of previous Branch Leadership or Management Experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
  • Graduate of Internal Leadership Development Programs.
