We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiology Physician to join our team at HCA Florida South Shore, a 138-bed acute care hospital located in a safe and affordable community with a strong sense of security and a year-round outdoor lifestyle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to working collaboratively as part of a dynamic care team. As an Anesthesiology Physician with HCA Enterprise, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse mix of cases, including heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, and Bariatrics, with no heads, no hearts, no pediatrics, and no OB.
Our hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) company match starting at 3% and increasing with years of service. You will also receive $5,000 in CME annually, discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and occurrence-based malpractice insurance provided and cost covered 100%.
We are excited to offer a schedule that gives our Physicians the freedom to enjoy a great lifestyle with 13 weeks off, working in a 4-week rotation with 2 weeks of Monday to Friday, 7a-5p, followed by a week of finishing cases late and then call from home, 7p-7a, followed by a week off. Our supervision model and/or doing own case(s) as needed ensures a smooth and efficient workflow.
