Nurse Oncologist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oncology team in Brookline, Massachusetts.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our 36-bed adult inpatient Solid Tumor Oncology Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring competent and individualized nursing care for patients, including delegation to and supervision of non-professional clinical and support staff.

• Provide safe, efficient, effective, and timely care to patients, meeting their cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs.
• Collaborate with the Nursing Director and Patient Care Team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Work closely with patients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Ensure that care is delivered in a healing environment, free from barriers and built on a spirit of inquiry.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse.
• Oncology RN experience preferred, with 3-5 years of medical RN experience considered.
• Ability to work day/night rotations.
