  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Guest Problem-Solving: Take action to solve guest problems/complaints, using established guidelines for any service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Basic Reading and Writing: Possess basic reading and writing skills.
  • Food Service Experience: Have general knowledge of restaurant operations and food service experience.
  • Age and Physical Requirements: Be at the minimum age to serve alcohol in line with any local legislative requirements and be able to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms.
  • Communication and Math Skills: Possess strong communication and math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
