Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Concierge to provide exceptional guest experiences at our luxurious properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Assist guests with various inquiries, make reservations, and provide recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and local partners to ensure seamless experiences.
- Organization: Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
