About the Opportunity

Northern Light Health is seeking a per diem board-certified/board-eligible infectious disease specialist to join our well-established, hospital-employed, 100% infectious disease practice. Our ID specialists work closely with hospitalist service and intensivist coverage in ICU, providing both inpatient consulting and outpatient clinic services.

We are a regional tertiary care and ACS verified level II trauma center serving a patient population of 500,000 living in the northern two-thirds of the state's geography. Our hospital is a base for LifeFlight of Maine, a critical care air transportation service flying nearly 900 missions per year.
