About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in the care and preparation of surgical patients and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the assembly, set-up, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a surgical setting.
