We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our primary care team at Primecare Community Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical care and quality of services provided at our health center.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine or internal medicine, with at least 3 years of experience as a provider. You will also have prior clinic leadership experience and be board certified in your specialty.
This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $300,000 per year, based on relevant experience. Additionally, you will receive an annual CME allowance of $3,000 and 5 days of CME time.
Benefits include eligibility for NHSC Loan Repayment or State Loan Repayment programs, 27 days of PTO each year, 3 personal days, 1 floating holiday, 8 paid holidays, FTCA Coverage, and more.
