Role Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform essential maintenance tasks to ensure our communities are well-maintained and residents' needs are met. Your contributions will align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize company technology to complete various maintenance work orders as directed.
  • Assist with unit turnovers as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests, which may involve on-call duties.
  • Maintain required certifications for the position.
  • Uphold company standards in community maintenance.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and repair processes.
  • Adaptable problem solver with effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements:

This position involves extensive walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be made for talking, seeing, and hearing.

Work Conditions:

Travel between communities may be necessary. Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors, including residential areas and communal spaces.
