Salary: $25-33 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Machining Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, setting up and maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality production.

Responsibilities:

  • Machining Operations: Plan and execute machining operations using computer numerical control (CNC) machines, following engineering plans and quality standards.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and maintain lathes and other machinery, installing and adjusting tools and attachments as needed.
  • Quality Control: Verify settings and measurements to ensure compliance with supplied OP drawings and quality plans.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and maintenance activities.
  • Continuity: Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations across shifts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating CNC lathes and mills
  • Ability to read technical mechanical drawings and understand GD&T
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Experience with DMG/Mori Seiki NT4300/1500 turn/mill or gear manufacturing a plus
