We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outreach Recovery. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient psychological services in a supportive and professional environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients, collecting comprehensive histories, conducting psychological evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and formulating effective treatment strategies aimed at alleviating these conditions.
While your main focus will be on individual therapy, you will also facilitate small group sessions as part of our educational initiatives.
At Outreach Recovery, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients, and we expect our Clinical Psychologists to offer thorough support and guidance to all individuals under their care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct interviews and evaluations to understand patient concerns
- Administer psychological assessments and surveys to identify emotional, psychological, or behavioral issues
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans for patients
- Regularly monitor patient progress through follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment as needed
- Provide support to individuals and small groups to address and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Psychology or a Doctor of Psychology degree
- Valid licensure in relevant states
- Certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Empathetic and responsive to the needs of patients
- Strong communication skills
