Part-Time Onsite Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Onsite Recruiter to join our team at a dynamic warehouse facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various warehouse positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates for warehouse positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Perform regular floor walks to monitor team performance and address operational issues
  • Provide real-time performance coaching and feedback to employees to improve productivity and workplace morale
  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment pipelines
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Requirements:
  • 20 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in direct sourcing, diversity recruiting, coaching, and executive search
