Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients and guests. As a Patient Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for providing information and assistance to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and helpful service to patients and guests
  • Provide directions and assistance to hospital customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and reception area
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide excellent patient care and support
  • Adhere to all safety requirements and protocols
  • Attend all required education and training programs
  • Demonstrate proper body mechanics and wear proper identification while on duty
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Education and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
