Job Description

We are seeking a Reliability Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment availability. Your expertise will be essential in developing capabilities within the team and fostering a reliability culture.

You will investigate, learn, and implement new or existing technologies to improve asset performance. Your analytical skills will be used to identify potential problems and develop countermeasures to reduce impact on SQCDME (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, and Environmental). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze criticality, failure mode, and root cause to improve/sustain asset reliability.

You will review equipment downtime reporting data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Collaborating with internal/external departments, you will communicate equipment activities to understand change points and adopt best practices that improve equipment reliability. Confirming spare parts accuracy and availability will help achieve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) targets.
